-Polivaks Economic

Polivaks Ekonomik is a performance wax used to release the polyester casting and gelcoat from the mold or model. It’s a more economical alternative to Polivaks SV-6. It is used stand alone.

-Polivaks N –Normal Vax

Polivaks N High performance system wax is a wax used on new, repaired or high risk level molds. Polivaks N is applied before the PVA agent which are Polivaks SIVI PVA or Polivaks EKO PVA liquid mold release agents. On the new and high risk molds, wax should be applied and polished after 15 minutes then liquid release agents are applied.

Polivaks SIVI PVA High Performance Liquid Mold Release Agent

Polivaks SIVI PVA is a blue colored liquid mold release agent which is used after Polivaks N to form a thick PVA film on the mold. This PVA enables the product for removing easily from the mold or model

Releasing Options

• Polivaks EKO PVA can be used for quick production with thin PVA film in case product surface gloss is not necessary
• Polivaks SIVI PVA can be used on mold surfaces which are risky and porous in case product surface gloss is not necessary.
• For quick production and to obtain glossy product, Polivaks SV-6 wax or Polivaks PV-7 spray wax can be used alone.
• For quick production and economical type Polivaks Ekonomik can be used alone.
• Poliflake dry flake filler system provides an alternative cost. It is designed to be either mixed into a clear gelcoat and sprayed, lay behind a clear gelcoat or be applied against a mold or other primary surface. It can be used to create a luxurious finish for kitchen and bathroom countertops, shower trays, work spaces, office furniture and any other composite surface application.

Fillers

Fillers are particles added to resin (composite material, casting, concrete, etc.). Among different usage’s of these products; it can be added into resin and it improves technical features of the last product. It reduces the cost of last product through decreasing comsumption of binder resin which is more expensive. As a result, you can find various types of fillers to fit your product requirements.
