RESIN INFUSION

Resin infusion tecnique allows to manifacture of parts with high quality and superior mechanical values with advanced composite lamination technique.

A lot of development have been recorded at polyester, vinyl ester resins, materials and equipment that is designed for resin infusion in recent years. Consequently, resin infusion is considered to use as a commercial method at manufacturing many product. All of the CTP and composite products that obtainable by open molding methods can be produced by resin infusion. Resin infusion is a tecnique that takes resin into laminate by vacuum. Laminate engineering and resin infusion technology are constitute forces at light and resistant composite materials.

Resin infusion method is accepted as a standard method at construction of yacht, wind power-turbine blades, bus parts, prefabricated modular roof parts and this parts production cannot be made with RTM and other hot moulding methods. Another advantage of the infusion is elimination to expensive mold cost such as prototype works. In many applications, it enables the production of more consistent, more rigid, higher rate reinforcement, higher strength values products compared to open molding method.
